Your expertise in Lean Manufacturing will shine as you guide Plant Managers in crafting and executing impactful strategies. Collaboration is key here, and you’ll work closely with leaders across functions to drive a culture of continuous improvement. You're the one who will navigate us through compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards while enhancing our financial performance through smart waste and cost management practices. Your extensive experience of over ten years, including automotive management in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments, and knowledge of metal stamping or robotic welding will be invaluable as you help shape the future of Challenge.
