These can include caring for children or dependents, managing a team or department, or completing important projects:• Provide direct support to Chewy's pharmacy clientele, engaging with them through multiple communication platforms and addressing a range of topics. This role will primarily involve fielding inbound calls and other forms of correspondence.• Utilize a problem-solving approach and research skills to identify and implement solutions for customer issues. Timely follow-up is essential to ensure that the resolution is effective.• Provide breathtakingly excellent service.
