Chief of Staff

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create a structure for our COO to improve visibility with and accountability of their direct reports
• Support accountability for key initiatives and deliverables owned by orgs that report to the COO
• Lead and partner on special projects for areas which the COO personally oversees (or has a keen interest)
• Develop high quality processes to improve how we operate company-wide (in collaboration with Biz Ops and CoS, CEO)
• Create content for internal and external purposes (company presentations, investors presentations, external interviews and appearances, key mtgs etc.)

Who You Are

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-4 years of experience at a top tier management consulting or high growth tech company
• Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems, build scalable processes
• Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment

Nice to haves

• Experience as a Chief of Staff, or in a special projects role
