An Operations Analyst, Finance is responsible for identifying, accessing, managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support the needs of the Chief Operating Officer. This position provides information dissemination to decision makers to support ongoing business operations, the implementation of improvement initiatives and the education of clinical and non-clinical operational leaders. At the direction of the Director of Business and Operations, the Operations Analyst works closely with leaders and staff in Patient Care Services, Children's Mercy Kansas and Regional Medical Practices, Facilities Management, etc.
This role supports the Finance Department in IT/IS.
This is a remote role, but incumbent must live within the KC metro area.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $25.52/hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.
This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
