Position Summary
Responsible for meeting the daily personal care needs of the residents in a manner that aligns with the company’s mission and values. Anticipates, identifies and reports care needs. Supervises medications for residents using established procedures under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Reviews medication administration records (MAR) and administers medications to right resident, right dose, right time, right medication, and right route.

Join Christian Living Communities (CLC) as a QMAP - PRN in beautiful Denver, CO, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our residents' well-being. As a QMAP, your primary responsibility will be to aid residents with their daily personal care needs while ensuring their dignity and independence. You'll be providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal attendance, always with a keen eye toward individual needs and preferences. You'll also supervise and administer medications, verifying that each resident gets the right dose at the right time. Communication is key, so you’ll be keeping an open dialogue with your team and family members to collaboratively ensure all care needs are met. With the flexibility of working PRN, you'll have the opportunity to balance your schedule while contributing to a diverse and inclusive community that values the wisdom and experience of every individual.
