Most of our 10,000 employees are in the United States, but today we have employees in 19 countries.At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture.Job SummaryThe Finance Shared Services Rotational Program at CHS offers a unique opportunity for motivated candidates with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills who possess a strong desire to succeed and an ability to build strong relationships.This three-year program provides on-the-job training in three, 12-month rotations, including Corporate Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Grain Settlements process flows.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:• Actively participate as a member of the CHS finance shared services rotational program• Learn and develop a strong foundation in finance, processes, and technology• Build foundational understanding of all processes that are the building blocks of financial reporting• Engage with your teammates and business leaders• Build business and financial acumen• Perform ad hoc analysis as requested• Drive efficiency and process improvement• Deliver superior customer service, adopting the CHS cooperative spiritRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field• High School diploma or GED• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Preferred qualifications include:• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field• Agriculture experience or understanding of Agriculture industry• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written• Previous internship relating to finance, accounting or other Agriculture related internship• SAP experience
