Our goal is to develop early career finance shared services professionals at CHS by exposing rotational program participants to a wide variety of experiences across the finance shared services area. The CHS Finance Shared Services Rotational Program is a unique opportunity for motivated candidates with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills who possess a strong desire to succeed and an ability to build strong relationships.The three-year CHS Finance Shared Services Rotational Program provides an opportunity to grow professionally, gaining knowledge and experience through on-the-job training in three, 12-month rotations. Rotations include but are not limited to: Corporate Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Grain Settlements process flows. Each assignment will allow participants to build strong finance and accounting foundational skills, partnerships with a variety of leaders, and broad networks across CHS.New associates entering the Finance Shared Services Rotational Program will begin in June of 2025 and will join CHS with an incoming cohort for the program.ResponsibilitiesIn your role you will:Actively participate as a member of the CHS finance shared services rotational programLearn and develop a strong foundation in finance, processes, and technologyBuild foundational understanding of all processes that are the building blocks of financial reportingEngage with your teammates and business leadersBuild business and financial acumenPerform ad hoc analysis as requestedDrive efficiency and process improvementDeliver superior customer service, adopting the CHS cooperative spiritMinimum Qualifications (required)Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, or Business-related fieldHigh School diploma or GEDProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Additional QualificationsAssociate’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related fieldAgriculture experience or understanding of Agriculture industryStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenPrevious internship relating to finance, accounting or other Agriculture related internshipSAP experienceCareer Band: Production, Administration & Technical Career Level: Associate
