Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare customers
Drive product adoption by understanding customer needs
Facilitate regular strategic discussions with key stakeholders
Act as the voice of the customer within the company
Monitor customer health metrics and implement retention strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Management, Public Health or related major
