Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated individual to join our marketing team and help us scale our acquisition machine. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to drive strategic decisions and optimize the performance of our 7-figure marketing spend. You will not be buried in a giant org running dashboards without ever seeing the results of your efforts - this is a chance to work with senior leadership and have an immediate impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth. If you are ready to be a foundational part of a fast-growing B2B marketing team in a hyper-growth environment, this is the role for you. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising) to track campaign performance and marketing performance.

  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to provide insights into campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.

  • Prepare detailed reports on marketing campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.

  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

  • Measure the effectiveness of various marketing touchpoints and their impact on the customer journey, helping the team understand which channels are driving conversions.

  • Develop models for marketing attribution to accurately assess the contribution of each marketing activity to the overall revenue.

  • Monitor and analyze web traffic using tools such as Google Analytics, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Provide insights on website optimization to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Assist in developing marketing forecasts and budget allocation recommendations based on data trends and historical performance.

  • Analyze spend efficiency across channels and provide insights into optimal budget distribution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.).

  • Experience with CRM / marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) a plus.

  • Ability to analyze large sets of data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and anomalies in data that can inform marketing strategies.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Ability to think critically and solve problems using data-driven approaches.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to present findings in a visually compelling and easily digestible format.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team.

  • Willingness to learn new tools and techniques as needed. 

  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented - looking to jump in and drive impact immediately 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a Quantitative major (e.g. math, statistics, economics) required.
