Salary:

  • £32,000 per annum (for candidates based outside of London)
  • £35,000 – £37,000 per annum (for candidates based in London, reflecting London weighting)

Job Description

As a Copywriter at City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a key role in the Communications & Culture Department, helping to shape our "people first" culture and support the implementation of our corporate strategy. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging and impactful content that connects with over 13,000 employees and reaches external audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and refine content for internal newsletters, social media, blogs, websites, PR materials, and advertising copy.
  • Write compelling copy for campaigns, including press ads and magazine articles.
  • Ensure all social media channels and posts align with the company’s broader corporate strategy.
  • Optimise content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and media stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
  • Pitch new ideas and concepts for content development.

This is a dynamic, full-time role where your creativity and strategic thinking will directly contribute to building and promoting our brand identity both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • A creative wordsmith who is strategic in their communication approach
  • An all-round team player, friendly and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment
  • Related degree preferable
  • 1+ years copywriting experience
  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC
  • Strong time management
  • Detail-orientated

The following knowledge and skills would also be beneficial:

  • Experience in the care sector
