Pay & Shift:

• Monday-Friday
• 8am-4:30pm
• $16/hr

Responsibilities:

• Maintain quality of landscaping and general outside cleanliness at various properties
• Remove trash and debris as needed
• Communicate with supervisor on equipment and supply needs
• Regularly travel to various locations within city limits to monitor maintenance upkeep needs

Requirements:

• Must have steel-toed shoes or boots
• Reliable and punctual
• Must have valid drivers license
• Must pass drug, background, and Motor Vehicle Report screenings
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50lbs intermittently
• Observe highest safety standards
