This role involves continuous monitoring of patient progress towards achieving their nutrition goals, providing ongoing nutritional care, and offering nutrition counseling and follow-up services. The Clinical Dietitian I also supervises the activities of Dietetic Technicians and serves as a valuable resource on current nutrition topics for staff, other healthcare professionals, and the community.As a successful candidate, you will:• Provide timely, comprehensive and complete education/teaching to patients and families and documentation of progress towards achievement of outcomes.• Effectively communicate with all customers/team members to meet organizational goals and customer service expectations.• Demonstrate competence appropriate to the role and function in age-specific care and nutrition management.Your qualifications should include:• Bachelor’s degree• 0-2 years of experience as clinical dietitian; new grads encouraged to apply• Registered Dietitian• Hourly Per Diem Rate: $42.81 / hrCity of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
