To provide Financial Management of the UK People and Workforce Management sub vertical of Civica

-       Preparation of the PWM monthly divisional board pack and monthly and quarterly business review packs.

-       Preparation of annual business planning documents.

-       Preparation and payment of monthly commissions for the PWM sales team.

-       Monthly reporting including completion of Recurrings and ARR schedules & optimising service reviews.

-       Assisting with preparing the monthly forecast. (system is Workday)

-       Working closely with functional leads to ensure accurate and timely forecasts and reporting.

-       Working capital reporting and analysis

-       Analysis of accrued and deferred income

-       Ensuring Cash collection targets are achieved.

-       Resolution and reduction of debt queries and ageing debt.

-       Ensuring Invoicing forecasts are accurate and on target.

-       Ensuring Forecast and Budgeting system is accurate and updated.

-       Authorisation and checking of sales orders.

-       Approval of credit notes and order amendments.

-       Working with revenues team to resolve queries with contracts.

-       Line management of one Finance Administrator.

-       Ad hoc finance queries.
