The Opportunity:

Clarion Gaming Digital have recently implemented Dynamics 365, providing a core technology platform including marketing automation, CRM, campaign management, digital experiences, and ERP functionality. This technology platform will soon be scaled across other digital divisions within Clarion Events.

Reporting into the Digital IT Director, this role operates as the product owner for the ongoing development, adoption and usage of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack, enhancing and streamlining business processes, building configuration and workflows and ensuring our business processes are implemented in the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM strategy and align with current business strategies and growth plans.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for CRM implementation, defining project scope and milestones.
  • Manage the ongoing adoption and utilisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with the team.
  • Plan and oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across other Clarion Digital sectors.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics with other business systems and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
  • Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to align with the organisation's needs.
  • Provide end-user training and support to promote CRM system adoption.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data within the CRM system through governance policies.
  • Manage security roles, permissions, and access control within the CRM platform.
  • Stay informed about updates, new features, and best practices in Dynamics 365.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to CRM and customer engagement.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

  • Previous experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a CRM lead or manager.
  • MB-910 Dynamics 365 Fundamentals and PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals certification desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
