This program delivers engineering services for linux and windows cloud-based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflows. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience to recruit and develop top talent and solutions on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the government customer community.Responsibilities:• Provide troubleshooting and administrative support at Tiers 1 & 2 for AWS cloud-based enterprise system such as Microsoft Project SharePoint applications, IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), IBM Riskonnect, Tableau, and digital modeling applications• Troubleshoot and support Windows and Linux based front end applications on AWS cloud• Support system/application patching• Creation and updates of technical documentation• Preparation, installation, and maintenance of system components• Support other Tier 3 and Tier 4 personnel with user issues, troubleshooting, and other user assistance items as needed• Create and deliver briefings to customer at various levels• Ensure system and applications are compliant with customer system security requirements and processes• Support process automation• Agile methodologyRequired Education, Experience, & Skills We are actively seeking candidates that have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. Bachelor’s or master’s degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following…• Troubleshooting and administrative support at Tiers 1 & 2 for AWS cloud-based enterprise system such as Microsoft Project SharePoint applications, IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), IBM Riskonnect, Tableau, and digital modeling applications• Tier 1 and Tier 2 Cloud engineer must have significant knowledge and background in solutioning complex AWS infrastructures• Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills• Familiarity with customer system security requirements and processes• Solid administrative/engineering rigor• System verification and validation• Preparation and maintenance of system components• Creation and updates of technical documentation• AWS Cloud experience• Continuous integration, test automation and / or SecDevOps on iterative development projectsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills• Other Cloud experience (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM)• Virtualization experience• Cloud architectures and services• Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques• Integration of MS Office and MS Office 365• Developing integration interface across JAVA, .NET, C++ and similar platforms• Assist with leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud and hybrid services, infrastructure and security domainsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
