Application Technical Lead

The Application Technical Lead guides a team of software developers and is responsible to work closely with other key team members (i.e. Tech Mgr, QA, Product ) to define business requirements, estimate and assign tasks, and resolve defects.  They will also work with the architects on technical design and architecture in their project team.
