Through our research, outreach and entrepreneurial projects, Clemson University and its employees are driving economic development and improving quality of life in South Carolina and beyond.So,... are you ready?About the Role: Clemson University's Talent Acquisition Team within the Office of Human Resources is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to fulfill the following duties:• Assists Talent Acquisition Manager in developing job-specific recruiting strategies and candidate searches for assigned budget centers across campus.• Coordinates recruitment efforts and provides excellent customer service.• Performs other duties as assigned.Responsibilities:30% - Essential - General Recruitment:Assists the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing job-specific recruitment strategies and candidate searches for assigned departments across the University. Trains and assists departments with writing and posting position descriptions, external marketing of positions, and interview preparation, guidelines and techniques. Provides assigned areas with additional sourcing assistance for hard-to-fill positions. Responsible for learning and utilizing ATS systems for both staff and faculty hiring.25% - Essential - Recruitment Coordination:Coordinates pre-employment screening and assists candidates during the application process. Utilizes social media and external job sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., in recruitment efforts. Collects and provides data/metrics on recruitment efforts. Conducts passive recruitment by networking and interacting with talent demographics that fulfill Clemson University's current and future hiring needs.25% - Essential - Special Recruitment Initiatives:Serves as the primary recruiter for assigned specialty areas (Veterans). Works with internal and external constituents to plan, execute, and document efforts related to assigned area initiatives. Oversee Veteran Preference Program for applicants. Track timelines and prepare materials for annual military surveys and awards. Manages the SkillBridge internship program for the university and promotes vacancies within the program. Maintains HR Veteran/Military landing page. Participates in other projects as assigned.20% - Essential - Customer Service:Provides customer services for applicants, hiring managers, HR partners, and any other individuals who need assistance with recruiting processes, services, or systems. Provides exceptional service to hiring committees and their candidates, resulting in the hiring and retention of top talent and an all-around excellent candidate experience. Participates in hiring committees as needed. Resolves Ask-HR requests.Qualifications: bachelor's degree and experience in Human Resources Management Programs
