General Summary
This position is an account development resource, responsible for production and qualification of leads for Societal Impact (SI) and Global Markets America (GMA) Business Partners, Strategic Business Partners, Portfolio Leaders, and/or other Development staff. This position manages the Global Marketing pipeline through acquisition and cultivation of prospects and clients and working as an integral partner with other client facing groups across the enterprise. This role interacts with clients and potential clients primarily through video conferencing, phone, and email. Critical success factors include managing lead qualifications, lead conversions, and sourcing new business opportunities from new and existing clients from organizations with less than 2,000 employees, and opportunities less than $75,000. Collaborate with the Societal Impact and Americas Sales team with opportunities when consultative and integrated solutions are identified.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Account Management: Manages and cultivates entry-level CCL engagements (e.g., OE, GLP, etc.) with an eye towards developing these accounts into more complex work that can be elevated to SI’s or GMA’s Business Partners (BP) and Strategic Business Partners (SBP). Work closely with Marketing to identify targeted audiences for additional nurture and collaboratively work to enhance client relationships. Manage on-going needs assessment process with managed clients. Maintain quality control for client relationship.
2. Pipeline and Lead Management: Create and maintain a robust pipeline for CCL through proactive lead outreach and market awareness and analysis. Own, qualify and develop assigned and sourced leads into opportunities for transactional revenue “wins”. Responsible for advancing larger, more integrated opportunities to CCL’s SI and Americas Sales team.
3. Prospect Generation: Monitor and assess lead generation through marketing channels, including promotional events (trade shows, etc.), Sales/Marketing campaigns, Alumni Referrals, and specialized targeted projects. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Societal Impact to create processes and projects that generate additional leads for GMA and SI.
Minimum Job Specifications (Requirements)
Education
BS/BA degree preferred and/or equivalent sales experience
Experience/Work Background
At least 3 – 5 years of sales, marketing, and client service experience required
