• The Client Engagement Leader (CEL) is responsible for sales, service, and satisfaction to his or her customers. This is a position with autonomy over specific accounts, both existing clients and generating new business. The CEL works closely with members of our Project Team to design studies, write proposals, and present recommendations to clients. We are looking for someone with a strong background in business development and market research who is experienced in building relationships and growing sales. This person is responsible for generating new leads and qualifying prospects, which includes networking, attending industry events, and leveraging digital marketing strategies to reach potential customers. Additionally, you will work closely with existing customers, building strong relationships through regular communication and effective account management. This is a remote role with the ability to travel for client meetings and industry functions.

Here's how

• Clearly understand client business issues and apply DI solutions to address research needs.
• Demonstrate DI solutions in client presentations to address to their specific interests and needs.
• Identify and develop new clients.
• Grow and nurture current client relationships; drive high client satisfaction.
• Develop research proposals to meet client needs, including timeline, funding, and study design.
• Oversee project execution including client satisfaction.
• Present research findings and recommendations at conclusion of projects.
• Own an annual revenue goal for assigned accounts.

What you bring to this role

• 7+ years experience in CPG working for manufacturer, retailer, or research supplier.
• Listens attentively.
• Clearly and persuasively communicates.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including client correspondence and presentations.
• Consultatively sells solutions.
• Experienced in market research.
• Knowledgeable of CPG: marketing, sales, category management.
• Develops trusted client relationships.

Job Information

Location - Remote-US

The US base salary range for this position is: $117k - $140k USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
