The Advisor Support Role serves as a key player in driving team initiatives, internal and external correspondence, and maintaining great client relationships. The advisor is looking for someone who is comfortable with increasingly changing technology platforms, who enjoys client service, and is highly organized.
Key responsibilities include assisting the advisor with administrative support, scheduling, and basic client service.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Supervise Financial Advisor’s e-mail correspondences
· Handle incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
· Manage Financial Advisor’s professional calendar and social media accounts
· Schedule and confirm appointments
· Provide ad hoc support on escalations
· Proactively manage files so client information is up to date and accurate
· Assist with paper filing and larger mailings
· Proactively manage internal platforms and systems so FSR’s client information is up to date and accurate
· Act as direct liaison between FSR and clients
Qualifications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptionally professional and organized
· Extremely detail-oriented
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to collaborate with others, build and maintain relationships
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to keep client confidentiality
· Client-first attitude
