You have technical experience, enjoy working with AI tools, a strong understanding of great customer service, and an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively. You are eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to helping customers maximize the value of Clinical Notes AI’s platform. An understanding of clinical documentation and prompt engineering is a plus, but a genuine interest in AI and healthcare technology is essential.
How will you contribute?
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide technical support to users, assisting with troubleshooting, onboarding, and product guidance.
- Educate customers on how to use AI tools practically, ensuring they can maximize the platform's capabilities.
- Help customers with prompt engineering in clinical documentation templates to help clinical leaders to shape outputs for their clinicians.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and identify areas for product improvement.
- Create and maintain organized customer service documentation, including FAQs, how-to guides, and troubleshooting materials.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Clinical Notes AI’s platform and its applications in healthcare.
- Exhibit empathy and care in every interaction, building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?
- Experience: At least 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, with demonstrated technical aptitude in AI tools or software platforms.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly explanations.
- Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple customer requests and maintaining accurate records.
- AI Knowledge: A strong interest in AI with examples of practical use, such as prompt engineering, is highly valued.
- Healthcare Experience: Understanding of clinical documentation or healthcare workflows is a plus.
