The Job
The mission of the Operational Success Team is to provide upfront onboarding, as well as sustained operational support for Omnidian’s residential solar assets. The Operational Success Team members have a variety of skill sets and often become subject matter experts within their role.
Within the Operational Success Team, the Solar Performance sub-team is responsible for ensuring the integrity of installations through our Performance Verification Test.

At Omnidian, we’re on a mission to build a more sustainable planet, and we’re looking for a Solar Performance Associate/Specialist to join our Remote Operational Success Team. If you have a knack for diagnosing and resolving performance issues, this role could be a great fit for you! You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our residential solar assets are functioning optimally right from the get-go. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting performance alerts for solar systems during their first 30 days of operation. In this role, you’ll collaborate with various internal teams, including Portfolio Operations Managers and Client Success Managers, to ensure everything runs smoothly. What’s really exciting is the opportunity to learn and implement improvements in our processes while working with data sets to drive results.
