We are looking for a BDM who is passionate about financial services and has a deep understanding of the crypto markets.

What we're looking for: 

  • 5+ years of business development experience in financial services 
  • 1 year of crypto markets experience (deep understanding of institutional blockchain solutions, custody, and trading infrastructure)  
  • A Growth Mindset – you can identify opportunities, build relationships, and structure complex deals 
  • Proven track record of securing institutional partnerships and driving revenue growth 
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency regulations, compliance frameworks, and institutional requirements

Develop and execute institutional partnership strategies 

  • Structure and negotiate complex business arrangements 
  • Build relationships with key financial institutions and service providers 
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas 
  • Work closely with product and compliance teams to ensure solution fit
