Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with four to seven years of experience who is passionate about systems design, values their professional growth, and wants to work with a high-functioning multi-discipline team. Candidates must be well versed in all aspects of electrical power and controls systems design for industrial facilities and have developed construction documents from project conception to completion. The desired individual should be comfortable consulting to architects, owners, and general contractors, and have a desire to work as part of a multi-discipline engineering team. We value self-motivated individuals with an enthusiastic mindset, an interest to work on diverse projects, and attention to detail to deliver quality engineering services.

Qualifications

Requirements Include:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical design in the AEC industry
  • PE license required
  • Experience with commercial power and low voltage systems design
  • Experience with industrial project design is a plus
  • Experience with the National Electrical Code
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and construction practices
  • Past experience with a multi-discipline engineering/consulting firm
  • Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
  • The desire and motivation to learn the latest technologies and practices to enhance your professional career
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as train others
  • Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD and/or Revit (preferred)
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and personal pride in a job well done
