This role will involve designing and executing performance tests, ensuring the scalability and reliability of our SaaS products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.


Responsibilities:




Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute performance and load tests to validate system scalability, stability, and reliability.
  • Identify, analyze, and report performance bottlenecks, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain testing frameworks, scripts, and tools to support performance testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system architecture and guide performance testing strategies.
  • Monitor system performance in production and support root cause analysis for performance-related issues.
  • Provide guidance on performance optimization and share best practices through documentation, training, and discussions.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering, ideally within SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or related languages, with experience in databases like PostgreSQL.Familiarity with analyzing performance metrics using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.


Preferred
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and working with global, distributed teams.
  • Expertise in testing large-scale systems and handling high volumes of data.
  • Knowledge of React and JSON for test data preparation and API performance testing.
