Security Officer, Events and Shows (Part Time)

Collectors, the leading technology provider for collectors, is seeking a dedicated part-time Events and Shows Security Officer to join their dynamic team. This role involves traveling to trade show events to protect personnel, property, and profits, and requires strong integrity, communication skills, and adaptability.

Skills

Strong technical proficiency, especially with security cameras
Excellent communication skills
Ability to analyze and problem solve
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

Travel and work trade shows and events twice per month
Set up and maintain security cameras and equipment at venues
Provide secure transportation for high-value items
Serve as a point of contact for employees and attendees
Conduct patrols and respond to security incidents
Maintain accurate security activity logs
Collaborate with security team and local law enforcement
Monitor surveillance equipment and prevent losses
