The Content Marketing Specialist (CMS) is responsible for creating, designing, and collaboratively assisting in the creative needs of Learning and development and Equity and Administration. The CMS drives internal promotion of L&D, DEI, and equity initiatives that support maintaining an exceptional employee experience. The CMS designs, implements, and conducts training for learners to use the Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, Teams, etc., to assist with employee development, growth, and performance management.
