Job Summary

Responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpreting information about a market, product, or service to be offered in a market and the past, present and potential customers for the product or service. Researches market conditions specific to area of focus to determine potential sales of product and provides research on behalf of customer. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Executes on data strategies to support the Small Business segment customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform GTM strategies and business decisions.
  • Ability to effectively tell the story and craft data centric narratives that drive desired outcomes.
  • Brings a strategic approach and provides solutions focused recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Sources and manages data delivery to support Regional and Divisional data requests for customer profiling, analysis and lead lists.
  • Provides marketing campaign performance analytics.
  • Ensures data integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Operates within several platforms for data sourcing, manipulation and transformation including Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
  • Partners with HQ teams on Customer Data Platform (Athena) updates, modifications and overall understanding of firmographics and other data attributes.
  • Understands and applies various statistical concepts, research data, standards and practices.
  • Works directly with cross-functional teams and department leadership to create research presentations and summaries.
  • Participates in meetings, training programs and conferences as directed.
  • Coordinates and participates in the generation of regular and special market research or trend reports to management.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
