Job Description:
The Communications Manager for SelectHealth’s Customer Experience team oversees and leads a team of Communication Specialists and is responsible for developing plans and strategies related to member communications, ensuring all correspondence reflects the SelectHealth style and brand, meets compliance standards, and drives specific key-performance indicators related to overall SelectHealth objectives.Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a related role or field
Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and leading high-performing teams
Experience with strategy development and a track record of strategic execution and delivery
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Must be technically capable, an excellent communicator, have a desire to improve processes, and proven capabilities to build relationships with organizational stakeholders.
Deep understanding of performance marketing and best-practices
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area
Seven years of experience in a marketing or related role
Five years of experience in people management
Familiarity with consumer journeys and experiences related to healthcare or health insurance
