This is a unique opportunity to work on a nascent, yet high-impact clinical product aimed at transforming day-to-day workflows for front desk administrators, healthcare providers, and medical billers. As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with the EHR Lead Designer and cross-functional teams to build an EHR solution that not only caters to physical therapy (PT) but has the potential to support multiple specialties and compete with industry giants like Athena, Cerner, and Epic.

This is an on-site/hybrid position requiring regular presence at our headquarters and occasional travel to client sites for field observation and direct user engagement.

What You’ll Do:

  2. Stakeholder and Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and users, becoming their advocate within the team.

    • Regularly visit client sites to understand real-world challenges and workflows, ensuring the product is tailored to their needs.

  3. End-to-End Product Design:

    • Support the design process from user research to delivering high-quality design prototypes and ensuring seamless handoffs to engineers.

    • Translate complex workflows into intuitive and effective user experiences for a diverse range of users.

  4. Collaboration and Strategy:

    • Work closely with the Lead Designer and cross-functional partners, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success teams, to define and prioritize features.

    • Influence the product roadmap by understanding the needs of users and balancing those with technical and business constraints.

    • Champion user-centered design principles and elevate the design culture within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience and Expertise:

    • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing research-driven design solutions.

    • Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and incorporating insights into actionable designs.

    • Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma.

  2. Skills and Traits:

    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a chaotic and unstructured environment.

    • A self-motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.

    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and team members.

    • A passion for learning directly from users and the ability to build meaningful connections with clients.

  3. Other Requirements:

    • Willingness and ability to travel often to client sites as needed.

    • Flexibility to work on-site or hybrid from our headquarters.

What We Offer:

  • A collaborative and dynamic work environment where your contributions directly impact the future of healthcare technology.

  • Opportunities to grow and take ownership in building a product from the ground up.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • Support for your professional development and learning goals.
