Job Description:
This position reports to the Americas ASC Total Rewards Compensation Manager. The purpose of this position is to support the Total Rewards Compensation Manager and Total Rewards (Compensation) Specialist as well as the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) in ensuring the Total Rewards Compensation Program meets its goal of effectively and efficiently supporting the Total Rewards/sub-Total Rewards for the Americas.
Key Responsibilities (Top Tasks & Outcomes for Which This Position will be Accountable):
·Responsible for the administrative support of the Total Rewards Compensation program, which includes the processing, and maintaining of Compensation information for the associates during the various Compensation processes.
·Interprets policies and procedures with the assistance of Compensation Specialists.
·Support Total Rewards CoE with project work related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture activity.
·Support year-end processes which include the EI Nomination, Annual Compensation Cycle, and Compensation Statements
·Provide data/information to the Total Rewards Compensation Manager, Compensation Specialist, and Total Rewards CoE as needed to address problems, solve questions, or analyze efficiency or effectiveness.
·Support year-end processes that include notification of RTW affecting the merit increases and incentives and monthly/quarterly reporting.
·Perform tasks in support of the Total Rewards in accordance with standard operating procedures. This may include processing transactions in Workday or other systems.
·Become an expert on the system/s supporting Total Rewards.
·Support special projects.
Provide support to the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) as required. This may include systems navigation, call script support, etc.
·Manage and support escalated or high-volume customer cases.
·Communicate any downstream impacts from CoEs to tier 1 support.
·Flag any gaps in knowledge management materials at tier 0 (HROne) and tier 1 (call scripts)
·Provide support to Total Rewards CoE on escalated issues as appropriate.
Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience:
·High School or Equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent or related specialized courses preferred.
· Experience working in a shared services center environment.
·HR Generalist experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
·Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently.
·Excellent organizational skills
·Ability to pay close attention to details and use time effectively.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
· Experience using a Human Resource Information System is desirable, especially Workday.
·Excellent oral and written communication skills
·Experience using a case management system and knowledge portal.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
·Multi-tasking capabilities to manage several caseloads.
Applicable Operational Languages:
· Expert proficiency in English, with at least one other language preferred

Pay: $20.26 - $23.00 per hour
