Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a production logistics connoisseur to take our branded video efforts to the next level. As we continue to connect with diverse audiences, we need someone who can help us bring our bold creative vision to life by producing compelling, impactful content that resonates. This role is key to driving innovation, elevating our storytelling, and strengthening partnerships with clients and collaborators. If you’re passionate about crafting branded video content that breaks the mold while leaving a lasting impression we want to hear from you!


What You'll Do
  • Work closely across Branded Content team to produce resonant video, photo, and social-first assets
  • Lead all aspects of pre through post production including: overseeing the production bid process, line producing shoots as necessary, vetting creative concepts for production feasibility, and managing the delivery of campaign assets in post-production
  • Collaborate with pre-sale strategy team to vet concept feasibility and price out custom content deliverables before new business pitches go into market
  • Review and provide feedback on content treatments in the creative development process
  • Hire production companies and / or crew ands erve as the primary liaison between production personnel (directors, photographers, etc.) on assigned campaigns
  • Manage and grow our repository of production partners for a variety of projects–from docu-style content to look book photoshoots and much more
  • Facilitate music licensing process as necessary for branded video content alongside music supervisor
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


Who You Are
  • 7+ years of experience in branded video production as a line producer, agency producer, production manager, etc.
  • An avid fan of music, fashion, sports, TV / film, social media, and pop culture at large
  • Proven track record of producing impactful branded video content for culturally-driven media brands and / or agencies
  • Someone with a deep repository of production contacts across a variety of creative executions
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset

$105,000 - $120,000 a year
The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
