Why it matters: Our Compliance Coordinator will play an integral role in our compliance and information security practices, as well as assist in third-party assessments of HQ. This role will identify and recommend upgrades to our security and compliance practices.


Go deeper: Ideal candidates should have a passion for HQ's mission and values - raise the bar, stay curious, be inclusive, always, and champion each other - and have the following experience: 


  • 3-5 years of technical compliance and information security experience, preferably in a fast paced, startup environment
  • Strong track record of effectively managing information security and compliance projects for B2B software teams
  • Manage essential communication and documentation with an eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally both internally and externally with our clients
  • Manage, review, and audit the customer contract approval process
  • Experience leading information security workshops and employee compliance training
  • Experience implementing, managing, and ensuring adherence to strict SOC 2/ISO/IEC 27001 standards
  • Leading organizations’ best practices for information security and supporting commitments to customers
  • Maintaining internal records relating to vendors, clients and risk management
