Overview:The Administrative Assistant offers administrative assistance and organizes tasks for designated individuals, groups, or sections to guarantee timely and effective completion of tasks and responsibilities. Working closely under supervision, this role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and success of daily operations across all levels of employees.Responsibilities:• Offers assistance to clients in a pleasant and genial approach through various communication channels such as in-person, telephone, and email.• Efficiently organizes and manages schedules and appointments.• Creates documents, charts, and spreadsheets tailored to the requirements of the department promptly.• Gives precedence to incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other forms of communication.• Organizes and manages documents and information, such as financial records, when required by the department.• Maintains office supplies.• Manages systems and databases such as Kronos, Lawson, and Cone HealthLink.Qualifications:EDUCATION:• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required• Associates, Preferred• Bachelors, PreferredEXPERIENCE:• 2-4 years with High School diploma, Administrative support, Required• 2-3 years with Associate degree, Administrative support, Required• 1-2 with Bachelor's degree, Administrative support, Required• Healthcare experience preferred.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIREDRequired:MOSES H.
