Operating with some oversight, this position focuses on fostering a favorable work atmosphere by enhancing employee interaction and involvement.Responsibilities:Human Resources policy is explained to leaders and employees for the purpose of upholding a suitable work atmosphere.Collaborates with HR management to create and execute strategies for maintaining positive relationships with employees, fostering transparent communication, and cultivating a rewarding work environment.Offering assistance and advice to managers and supervisors regarding matters related to employee relations, such as performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and resolving conflicts.Acts as the main point of contact for both employees and management to address issues related to employee relations, seeking assistance from colleagues as needed.Assists in inquiries stemming from employee reports, objections, and issues to guarantee equitable and prompt conclusions.Supports in the creation and adjustment of human resources policies to align with legal requirements.Carries out additional tasks as required.Qualifications:EDUCATION:Required:• Bachelor's DegreeEXPERIENCE:Required:• 3 years of related human resources experiencePreferred:• Experience in employee relations work.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIRED
