Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter fluent in English and potentially Spanish to source, screen, and manage candidates from Spanish-speaking countries and global. Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
    • Provide insights into the global talent market.
  • Coordination:
    • Schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams.

  • Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with international or remote hiring.
    • Experience recruiting in Spanish-speaking countries is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluency in English is mandatory.
