What will I be doing?
  • As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders across GTM and internal operations. Leveraging your effective stakeholder management skills, you’ll consult with leaders to provide a best-in-class recruitment service, using the latest sourcing and passive pipeline management techniques, whilst providing a memorable candidate experience.


What do I need?
  • About you? 3 + years demonstrated recruitment experience in agency and an internal environment (GTM Hiring experience desirable)
  • A deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with the ability to apply your expertise flexibly and proactively
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies, and achieve outcomes
  • Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and attention to detail
  • A passion for high-growth tech startups and a desire to be part of a scale-up journey
  • Problem-solving abilities that help you overcome challenges and deliver solutions.
