Operating with reasonable oversight, this position delivers precise details to employers and customers promptly and in a professional fashion.Responsibilities:Conducts screenings and evaluations following established protocols to ensure adherence to regulations, legislation, and organizational guidelines.Facilitates communication among employers, Workers Compensation Insurance providers, and third-party administrators handling Industrial Accounts to ensure the smooth flow of information.Markets the services related to workplace health and safety to companies by reaching out and distributing informative resources to establish a customer network.Keying data into the Practice Management software is essential for ensuring documentation is both efficient and precise.Sets up fresh accounts for Workers Compensation and Industrial Accounts to guarantee easy access to employee details.Monitors the functioning of external medical facilities, conducts unannounced drug screenings, and assesses employer-provided respiratory health surveys to guarantee timely completion of appointments and communication of outcomes.Carries out additional tasks as required.Qualifications:EDUCATION:Required:• Associate's DegreePreferred:• Bachelor's DegreeEXPERIENCE:Required:• 3 years as a Registered Nurse and 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizationsLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIREDRequired:Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact stateBLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
