Overview:Liable for oversight and patient consideration the board for a select program as well as a characterized workgroup. Distinguishes and achieves program objectives and results. Advances viable compromise.Qualifications:• Bachelors, Nursing, Required• Master's Degree, preferred in Nursing. Master's Degree in a health related field with certification in a nursing specialty will be considered in lieu of a Masters in Nursing.EXPERIENCE:• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in specialty area required. Three (3) years as RN preferred.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIREDRN | Registered Nurse licensed in North Carolina or a Compact state.BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare ProviderCertification in a clinical specialty as defined by National Certification requirements is required within two (2) years of hire into RN Specialty Coordinator position.PREFERREDACLS | Advanced Cardiovascular Life SupportPALS | Pediatric Advanced Life SupportAdvanced Trauma Life Support ( ATLS) preferred.
