The CRO will be responsible for overseeing all revenue functions, developing strategies, and ensuring financial success. This executive will lead the revenue strategy, build high-performing teams in marketing and sales, and collaborate with stakeholders to expand the client base. The role demands a strong focus on fostering partnerships with customers, leading to increased loyalty and revenue. The CRO will also be responsible for market analysis, financial oversight, sales pipeline management, team development, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role requires a leader with a customer-centric approach, strong business acumen, and a metrics-driven methodology, who can adapt to changing market conditions and mitigate risks associated with revenue generation activities.The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' of executive-level leadership experience in system integration and managed services, with a specialization in cybersecurity and cloud platforms. They must have a proven track record of creating and executing business strategies that result in an annual run rate exceeding $100+ million and be adept at building and nurturing high-performing teams. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred) and have a strong background in demand generation and account-based marketing strategy. Experience with global systems integrators or managed services providers, as well as in the cybersecurity, SaaS, and PaaS ecosystems, is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, a strategic mindset, and proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
