Legal Case Manager

Position: Legal Case Manager (Personal Injury)• *Unmatched Compensation Package: Great Pay, Benefits, and 401K!**Responsibilities:• Manage a variety of pre-litigation cases - auto accidents, dog bites, slip and fall incidents, premise liability, pedestrian accidents, and government claims.• Open claims, send representation letters, set up medical appointments, and manage client communications.• Utilize organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.• Interact with medical providers, clients, and insurance companies to gather necessary documentation and information.• Conduct research, prepare documents, and maintain meticulous & accurate records.Requirements:• Fluency in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred.• Availability to work Monday - Friday (no weekends required).• Experience in Personal Injury law.• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of organization.Language:• Spanish (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:• 401(k)• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Paid time off• Vision insuranceSchedule:• 8 hour shift• Monday to Friday• No nights• No weekends• OvertimeExperience:• Legal case management: 2 years (Preferred)• Personal injury law: 2 years (Preferred)Language:• Spanish (Preferred)Ability to Commute:• Beverly Hills, CA (Preferred)Work Location: In person
