Compliance Administrator

Marlowe Environmental Services, the UK's leading Water Treatment and Water Hygiene specialist, is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at the Head Office in Quedgeley. This newly created role is essential in ensuring that all activities within the company comply with internal policies as well as external regulations and best practices.

The successful candidate will support the compliance team in monitoring, documenting, and promoting compliance-related activities throughout the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the high standards of compliance that Marlowe Environmental Services is known for.

We are offering hybrid working. Initially you will be based from the office in Quedgeley 3x days per week & 2x days from home, Moving to 2 office days & 3x work from home days per week after 3 months/successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the ‘go to’ person for all out of specification updates where agreed.
  • Support various regional Sales Teams within the organisation.
  • Arrange regular check-ins with Account Managers to minimise the number of open queries.
  • Consistently follow up on open queries to aid closure rates.
  • Follow the agreed process of closing queries in line with the LCA/ HSE requirements.
  • Follow the escalation routes where needed.
  • Liaise with our Sales Desk Executives to obtain quoting data.
  • Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role (Ideally)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to compliance issues.
  • Salary up to £23,000 per annum depending on experience
