Please send referrals.MUST HAVES:\tAuthorized to work in the US | Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record | High School Diploma\t6+ Months of Rental Car Experience (at least 50 vehicles)\tAbility to be on feet majority of the day | Strong Customer ServiceHOURS: Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm (some weekends and holidays may be required with OT)Pay Rate: $23/hr. --> $52KLOCATIONS\tToledo, OH 43614A Day in the Life\tKey management of variable fleet units (delivery vehicles)\tPerform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the variable fleet\tCoordinate light detailing / washing / cleaning of variable fleet units\tSchedule with third-party vendors corrective mechanical and body repairs as to be agreed upon by Buyer, Vendor, and Customer and which may be revised from time to time\tEnsure the refueling of returned units\tFoster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel and advise on activities to maintain health of fleet\tSchedule and perform record keeping of all activities completed, whether by Vendor or managed by a third-party vendor\tCollaborate with Buyer and Customer to improve program and create greaterRequirements\t1+ years managing rental or fleet vehicles with an understanding in repair, maintenance, and customer service.\t2-5 years customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment\tProficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint\tAbility to drive and be on your feet up to 8 hrs\tAvailability on weekends and some holidaysEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
