HR Specialist (AU Offshoring, Hybrid) - job 1 of 2

Schedule: Monday- Friday (07:00 AM -04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

    • Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course
    • At least 2 years or of experience in different facets of HR.
    • Highly knowledgeable in MS Office and HRIS is an advantage.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and can work with high levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal, sound, written, and oral communication skills
    • Flexible, adaptable, organized, and able to work to tight deadlines where required

What will you do?

  • Overseeing pre-onboarding and onboarding activities which includes coordinating with recruitment, HR, Admin, offer sheet/contract preparation and onboarding administration.
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Act as a point-of-contact of third-party providers regarding concerns about HMO, background check, HR vendors and /or government agencies that relates to mandatory employee benefits.
  • Perform other duties assigned as deemed necessary.



Data, Metrics and Helpdesk:

  • Resolve HR Helpdesk tickets in the HRIS System on a timely manner within SLA and on a professional manner.
  • Manage employee data from shared folders/ excel data into our company’s HRIS.
  • Identify and solve any data entry-related issue.
  • Maintain and update the database and regularly eliminate duplicate data
  • Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
  • Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems.
  • Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties assigned, as necessary.
