Here at the Post Office we’re steeped in tradition, but we’re going places. We’ve been the anchor of UK communities for centuries and that isn’t going to change any time soon. We are Everybody’s Business.
As part of our positive transformation, our Pick Up Drop Off service (PUDO) allows our customers to take advantage of click and collect services with their local Post Office as the secure collection point. This allows our customers to use carriers including DHL, DPD and Evri through the Post Office for their evolving needs.
As a Support Advisor you will be the first line of contact for our carriers as you support them with delivery related enquiries including locating missing items and general customer service.
This will be a hybrid role where you will predominantly be expected to work from home with quarterly travel to our London or Chesterfield offices. As part of the role you will be required to work on a rota that on average includes one Saturday in eight and covers the hours of 8am – 6pm.
Our people are the driving force behind our business, we are proud of the energy, commitment and customer focus we have in common. In addition to the competitive salary we offer, in return for your hard work, you will also receive:
