We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of key software solutions, such as ERP and CRM systems and the evolution of the software stacks around them. You will play a critical role in shaping our technology stack and ensuring successful project delivery by collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.


Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of software implementation projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies.
  • Manage project scope changes and ensure proper documentation.

  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the delivery the solutions
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and manage contracts.
  • Communicate project status and updates to all stakeholders regularly.

  • Risk & Issue Management:
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address project issues and challenges.

  • Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements and performance standards.


Qualifications:
  • Software implementation projects (ERP/CRM).
  • Methodologies: Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with various software technologies and architectures, including cloud-based solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
