Senior Data Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Data Administrator to act as the CRM data guardian for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) platform. 

This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, quality and integrity of our data, driving adoption of best practices and supporting internal stakeholders with data management initiatives. 

The Senior Data Administrator will lead data quality processes, monitor system changes and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance our CRM ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

Data Strategy and Management

  • Lead the development and implementation of CRM data management strategies to ensure high data quality and integrity across the organization

Data Cleansing and Maintenance

  • Serve as the CRM data guardian to validate and maintain Marketing and Sales data in D365 CE.
  • Proactively monitor CRM data to identify and escalate discrepancies or issues to the Product Owner.
  • Monitor and ensure the uniqueness of new ‘Parent’ Account records created in the system.
  • Use D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) tools to verify and maintain the accuracy of Account structures, making amendments where necessary.

Data Quality Processes

  • Develop, implement and maintain data quality processes, including documentation, training and reference materials.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and improve CRM data quality and team performance.

Bulk Data Management

  • Review, approve, and action bulk data upload requests to ensure consistency and compliance with data standards.

Stakeholder Support

  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders with data requests and resolve data-related issues promptly.
  • Mentor and train junior CRM data team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data excellence.

Who You Are:

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in handling bulk data uploads and data cleansing initiatives.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience of data management, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI).
  • Understanding of Marketing and Sales processes and data points.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality standards, processes and tools, including Dun & Bradstreet.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
