Data Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Administrator to support our data management initiatives for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) platform. 

This role is focused on executing data cleansing tasks, ensuring data accuracy and assisting with maintaining the integrity of our Marketing and Sales data. 

The Data Administrator will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement data improvement opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Data Cleansing and Maintenance

  • Support the cleansing of historical data in D365 CE to enhance overall data quality.
  • Execute data cleansing plans in collaboration with the Senior Data Administrator and Product Owners.
  • Validate data cleansing outputs with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in D365 CE.
  • Monitor and ensure the uniqueness of new Parent Account records created in the system.
  • Use D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) tools to verify and maintain the accuracy of Account structures, making amendments where necessary.

Data Quality Processes:

  • Document data cleansing processes and maintain clear records of changes made.
  • Assist in developing reference materials to support ongoing data management efforts.

Stakeholder Support:

  • Provide day-to-day support for resolving basic data-related issues.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify areas for data improvement and cleansing opportunities.
  • Ensure all data cleansing activities are effectively communicated across relevant teams.

Who You Are:

  • Basic experience or familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical and analytical skills.
