Job Description

Join our team as a Mercedes-Benz Sales Professional in Tulsa, Oklahoma! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to represent our prestigious brand and deliver exceptional sales experiences to our clients.

  • Showcase and demonstrate Mercedes-Benz vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Stay up to date with Mercedes-Benz product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Collaborate with team members to create effective sales strategies and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicle options, financing, and insurance products
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using CRM software

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
