Location: Springfield, NJ (hybrid option available after training period)

This role specializes in creating exceptional onboarding experiences through conducting orientation meetings, administering new hire surveys, and handling critical HR administration.

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions for new hires by managing documentation, maintaining compliance, and facilitating clear communication, while also supporting our HR Training Coordinator with scheduling and follow-up tasks.
